Manager, UX & Sr. Product Designer (July 2018 – Feb 2025)
Led and mentored a team of designers and researchers for the Planning pillar, defining the UX strategy to align business goals with user needs.
Key projects include Intelligent Planning (Planning Assistant, Predictive Forecasting & Anomaly Detection), Workforce Planning, and new Adaptive Office and Google plugins.
Embedded research and accessibility into the design process, improving usability, inclusivity, and compliance across the product suite.
Established the UX vision and roadmap for the Planning team, ensuring long-term strategic alignment and innovation.
Guided the evolution of the design system, aligning it with business priorities and adopting Workday’s Look & Feel to drive consistency.

Sr. User Experience Designer (Nov 2014 – June 2018)
Led UX for 0→1 projects in Data Protection Cloud Group, designing a responsive web application for data storage and protection use cases. Defined user experiences by gathering requirements, mapping user flows, creating wireframes, prototyping, and documenting design patterns.
Initiated and led a full-stack design system for the Isilon team, establishing product design principles, patterns, toolkits, and resources to drive consistency and efficiency.

User Experience Designer (July 2008 –Oct 2014)
Contributed to the last major redesign of Server Manager in Windows Server 2012 R2, enabling remote multi-machine management for Windows Servers. The release received positive industry reviews.
Led the design of the first version of Windows PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE), launched with Windows 8, streamlining automation workflows for developers and IT admins. Contributed to projects like Remote Desktop Android App and Microsoft Defender, improving security and remote access.
Participated in planning for multiple Windows and System Center releases, researching UX trends, defining user scenarios, and creating storyboards to guide product development.

Designed interactive visualizations to support analysis of transactional data. Conceptualized an adapted tree map visualization to help investigators build and refine hypothesis.
